1. Who we are

Baytro is a property-maintenance booking platform operated in the United Arab Emirates. By using Baytro you agree to these terms.

2. Booking a service

You can request a service through the Baytro app. Most jobs require an on-site inspection before a quote is shared. You only pay if you accept the quote and the service is completed.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and inclusive of 5% VAT. The amount shown on your quote is the final amount you will pay; no extra charges are applied at checkout.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel any booking before the technician is on the way at no charge. Cancellations after the technician has been dispatched may incur a callout fee.

5. Service guarantee

Workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from completion. If the same issue recurs in that period we will return at no charge.

6. Liability

Baytro and its technicians carry public-liability insurance to cover accidental damage that occurs during a service visit. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of the visit.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, harass technicians, or submit fraudulent payment information. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
