What we collect

To provide our service we collect: your name, phone number, email, property addresses, photos you upload of issues to be fixed, payment card data via Stripe, and the technician GPS location during a visit.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to deliver the service: matching jobs to technicians, dispatching them to your address, processing payment, and following up if there are issues.

Sharing

We share the minimum data necessary with the assigned technician (your name, address, and the issue you reported) and with our payment processor Stripe. We never sell your data.

Storage & security

Data is stored on encrypted servers in the UAE. Card details are tokenised by Stripe and never stored on our systems.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or correct your information at any time by contacting support.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
