30-day workmanship guarantee
Every Baytro service is covered for 30 days from the day the work is completed.
What's covered
If the same issue recurs within 30 days of a completed job, we return at no charge to fix it. The guarantee covers labour and workmanship.
What's not covered
- New issues unrelated to the original work.
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or third-party tampering.
- Wear-and-tear of consumables (e.g. filters, bulbs, gas).
- Pre-existing problems flagged by the inspector but not approved for repair.
How to claim
Open the original booking and tap "Help & support" or message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. We will schedule a return visit within 48 hours.
